OK, I love doing the Betty Challenge, but it’s making me F-A-T!!! Well, maybe not fat, but I’m gaining weight and I DON’T LIKE it! So… we are going to work on making the Betty Recipes a little more healthy and less fattening! It can be done, and I don’t think my family will notice the difference!

If you look at the cookbook, some recipes do have “lighter” versions. So I will be implementing these suggestions and adding some of my own! So watch for my comments in red for ideas of how to make the recipes more healthy and less fattening. Oh and if you have any ideas, feel free to share them!
